Clap Clap Clap Clap Clap Clap CLap
The unit is undergoing evaluation and pretty soon it'll be a long trip overseas again, the last one i did something like tat was years ago man when i was still in cadet skool.
Its gonna be trying, such a long distance, longing for someone, being unable to reach for and touch the person u yearn for. I will miss my family too.
In a few minutes the Superstar finals would be on.
It has been a year plus since i've came back, what have i achieved so far?
mmmmm nothing really substantial really, i didn't save alot, neither do i think i would be ready to have a car, repay my granny's loan nor be financially ready to settle down.
In the past 29 years of my existence, i am often if not the typical laggard, always the last to come to a stage where my peers have already 'been there, done that'. Sometimes i wished i could pick up the pace and do something first for once, but then again, i've no regrets with regards to the way that i've lived my life for the past 20 odd years.
It may be difficult to imagine, but having dropped out from poly before, then working and bumming for a year or so before heading back to skool to satisfy the social requirement for one to have a proper education in order just to stay with the masses, i think it's quite remarkable that i made it through to Uni.
Although my peers are years ahead of me, i've always believed that there's nothing wrong nor negative about being slower then the rest, in exchange, my perspective on life as well as my own experiences have became so much more colourful. After all i am used to being 'behind' others, i'm after all a december baby.haaa
The rule of equivalent trade. =)
Clap not for me nor my tale of the Alien, but applaude those whom never give up despite only having the backs of others in their sights. =)

Ready Get Set Go!
All the past few months/weeks of feverish training and re-training/practise culminates in the event known as ATEC stage 1 starting tomorrow.
Then its off to Tekong again midweek to round off the whole evaluation by this friday and hopefully some sanity is restored to all of us again.
Its unfortunate that there's a bout of conjunctivitis (sore eyes) around camp, praying hard that i wont get infected, but the show must go on!
I'm feeling really emo this week, i know it's a terrible period for her to be going through right now but i really need to focus and i can't afford to screw up at this stage.
I duno should i feel angry or sad at her lack of appreciation of what i have done, though i must say i feel like she's picking on me (perhaps i'm too sensitive), i shall try to be more understanding.
Its really a simple case of needs and wants, XXX needs this, but YYY can't deliver what XXX wants. The equation is imbalanced and trouble brews!
Every one of us is different and expectations/etc differs from person to person, i, for example, is terrible at pacifying upset or angry people. Haaa.
Feeling really tired too and probably you'll realise this already from my incoherent thoughts in this post, i wonder isit that i need more sleep or that i'm tired from sleeping??? mmmmMMMm

Rain Rain Go Away.
unlike some people, i dun really like the rain. Particularly the rain back home here in Singapore.
Lest u decide to think i'm missing Melb again, i didn't enjoy the windy cold rain back there too.haaa
Soaked to the skin for the past four days, witnessing the bunk getting flooded, slippers and pails floating around, i'm amazed i didn't get struck by a cold or something.
It hasn't been a good week, the rain, the criticism, the disappointment of not doing well despite trying hard, (or have i not tried hard enough?), i am gonna rehash my priorities this new year.

I Always loved the end of the year...
there's many special days towards this part of the calendar and all the more so coz its a time when we take a break by clearing our leave, go on holidays and all the festivities that goes on during this time we all know as the holiday season.
I've already been on TOO many holidays this year so its a good time to just stay domesticated and spend time with family these few weeks.
Mum's also nagging about spring cleaning so it'll be good to start taking out the trash after clearing redundant items from previous year(s) from my cozy little room.haaa!
After the crazy year comes to a close and we start the new year, i've already a whole bunch of things which i wish to do and get done for year 2007.
But its still earlydays for such talk coz i so wish to just spend the next few weeks seeking out the company of those whom i've yearn to see for the whole year but perhaps just perhaps for the next few weeks, these ppl might be free from their schedules so we can meet up and have a nice catch up before the end of the year.
Other then that, there's already loads of people whom i MUST catch up with so i hope i can accomplish this little desire of mine in time before the year closes in on us.
I'm grateful for the things that happen and i do reflect on the things that didn't occur very much to what i had wanted it to be.

its been awhile eh?
Been a hectic month or so earlier,
Leopard 2 and Kocha Singha with the Thais, it was good to have a break from all those outfield that we were having.
Camping out at Sembawang Wharves now, its really erm...trying.... hahah
BUT what the heck, its only for two weeks.
So hang in there ERIC!!!
I'm pretty upset that my whole life has been so busy to the point i haven't got time for many other things in life.
Can't wait for Xmas and all the festive cheer to perk myself up! =P
Back to the Wharves in a few hours.haha
Almost wanted to do a I want or To Do list...
